We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied due to size, color, or model not being suitable, you can exchange your order or request a refund within 14 days of receipt without any reason. If you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.

The following information will assist you in processing your return.

Unopened Items You can return all "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Please return the item in its original packaging and in its original condition, and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded if they have been paid.

Opened Items "Opened" items and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Simply return the item to us. Opened returns must be in a saleable condition and include the original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded if they have been paid. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the buyer.

Cancelled Order Once an order has been cancelled after shipment, it falls under the normal return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded if they have been paid.

Mistakenly Ordered An order that you have mistakenly placed can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund the amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded and must be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded if they have been paid.

Damaged Product Please take the time to inspect the items once they are delivered. It is possible that the outer carton and packaging may appear damaged, but the product inside the carton remains intact. If you notice obvious signs of damage, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with pictures of the damaged item clearly showing the defect so that we can process a corresponding claim and coordinate an exchange for you. Wrong Item If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the incorrect item so that we can arrange either a replacement of your choice or a refund of the purchase price. All returns will be inspected before issuing a credit/refund. In the case of a refund, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Limitation on Return of Items Items returned for refund or exchange without original documents or without a return form will be rejected. Please clearly indicate the reason for the return or exchange on the invoice or via email, and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

All returns will be inspected before issuing a credit/refund.

Under the following circumstances, we will provide you with a free return label.

    • You received a different product. (Pictures are mandatory)
    • You received the wrong color. (Pictures are mandatory)
    • You received the wrong size. (Pictures are mandatory)

We will not provide a free return label under the following circumstances.

    • Order cancellation after shipment.
    • Change of mind.
    • Mistake in the order.
    • Wrong size/color ordered.
    • Heavy items will be collected, and the customer will be responsible for the collection costs if the customer is at fault in the above-mentioned cases.

NOTE: Mouth guards and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after use due to hygiene reasons.
